[Resin Molding Processing Example] Products for Salons (Ingrown Toenail Relief Tool)

We would like to introduce a case where we performed molding processing for salon products (ingrown toenail relief tools) using PC (polycarbonate) as the material. Since the usage involves cutting and bending, it was challenging to create a thin shape that would not break when bent. However, we collaborated with the customer to align their image and sensibility through discussions and prototypes, and based on that, we proposed materials and shapes that offered good processability. We were able to realize a product that captured the customer's image and the key points of mass production.
